TAJ KRIEGER

Hi there, I’m Taj Krieger. I’ve been an athlete my entire life — born in Switzerland, raised in California, and always drawn to movement and performance. I hold a Master’s degree in Exercise Science and gained hands-on experience in human performance and biomechanics labs, studying how athletes move, adapt, and excel.

My background spans everything from international cycling races to lab-based performance testing and athlete development. I’ve coached riders of all levels and believe that smart, personalized training can transform not just your fitness, but your mindset and confidence.

With years of experience both racing and coaching, I combine cutting-edge science and data-driven strategies to help you train smarter, stay consistent, and reach your full potential — on and off the bike.
