I continuously learn and stay updated with the latest health, fitness, and performance studies. I am a USA Cycling Certified Level 3 coach. Additionally, I am certified by NASM as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), a Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC), and a Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES).

I conducted a research study to compare the impact of incline walking and uphill running on muscle activation and impact forces at similar intensity levels. The study utilized motion capture cameras, Electromyography devices, and metabolic carts. I am excited about the upcoming publication of these findings in the International Journal of Exercise Science. I gained experience working in both biomechanics and exercise physiology labs.

Performed Balance, Mobility, and Fall Risk Assessments for elderly individuals at the Biomechanics Lab on campus. Utilized motion capture cameras and force plates for Clinical Gait Analysis, Running Analysis, and Bike Fits.
